You can look happy and be miserable inside.
You can be good looking and feel ugly.

Because every person is fighting a battle you know nothing about .
Triggers are what we identify with immediately because it is what we see or experience first. Beneath the triggers lies the raw emotion that you have been avoiding. Don’t try to hide it. Face it so that you can be free. Be free to heal.
Triggers can be people, scents, places, harmful substances, or anything else that serves as reminders for intense or distracting emotions. Oftentimes, triggers are reminders that put people in a mental and emotional place of distress, pain, anger, frustration, and other strong emotions.
What are triggers in mental health?
A trigger is a stimulus that elicits a reaction. In the context of mental illness, "trigger" is often used to mean something that brings on or worsens symptoms. This often happens to people with a history of trauma or who are recovering from mental illness, self-harm, addiction, and/or eating disorders.
