  Your health is your first priority ; Take care of your Mental Health.  True healing occurs when i give myself permission to feel whatever feelings live below the triggers .  Understand This- You can sound confident and have anxiety. You can look healthy but feel like worthless. You can look happy and be miserable inside.   You can be good looking and feel ugly. So be humble , Because every person is fighting a battle   you know nothing about . Triggers are what we identify with immediately because it is what we see or experience first. Beneath the triggers lies the raw emotion that you have been avoiding. Don’t try to hide it. Face it so that you can be free. Be free to heal. Triggers can be people, scents, places, harmful substances, or anything else that serves as reminders for intense or distracting emotions.
