SUGGESTED SCHEDULE FOR BABIES(7:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M.)

Six Months to One Yea r 7:00 to 7:30 A.M . Breakfast, 7:30 to 7:45 Preparation for morning nap, 7:45 to 9: 30 Sleep, 9:30 to 10:30 Batj, exercise and orange juice, 10:30 to 12:00 Play in crib or playpen, 12:00 to 12:30 Dinner, 12:30 to 3:00 Nap, 3:00 to 5:00 Fruit juice, ride in carriage or stroller or play indoors, 5:00 to 5:30 Exercise and play, 5:30 to 6:00 Supper and preparation for bed, 6:00 P. M. to 7:00 A. M. Sleep. Schedules are only rough guidelines.They can, and should, be modified to meet the needs of every baby.
